New city. Husband's job is taking us to Chicago, and the timing couldn't be better. Our only offspring just started college so we were ready to downsize anyway. The worst part will be driving from Detroit to Chicago with my two cats. I am not looking forward to that trip!
I am assuming you like the cats, otherwise, they would convey with the house.

Bu.... but....bu...... what about the kitten sanctuary?
The kitten sanctuary will close down after the current batch, so we can clean it and sell the house. Kitten season is almost over anyway. After we move, I'll see about volunteering or even getting a job at a local shelter. Fostering more kits will depend on the layout of the new house.
I don't know why my old soccer team never tried this tactic when we were trailing a goal behind and were outmatched by our opponents:
Very cool. Seems like the fanwing concept without the wing:
In this video they talk like them badguys in tha movies:
This is another one of those videos that also would have been appropriate for the "Funny Videos" thread:
When done right, no can defend.

That's one scrawny-looking Marine.
I bet it's not a Marine. I bet it's a staged sequence for some movie that somebody caught on a cellphone, and I bet some fist-pumping supporter of servicemen repurposed the footage to push his agenda.
It reminded me, in fact, of Never Back Down--a movie I paid money to see in a theater. (I used to have money, and I used to use that money to go see movies.) I went lookin', and I found this:
I liked "Never Back Down," it wasn't great but it was fun. Alos, I think with a bit of tweaking it could have been an updated version of "The Karate Kid".
But not the updated version of "The Karate Kid"

Moving Negs? New city or just want a new house? We have been looking at houses for quite some time now, but haven't found one that a) We like and b) We can afford.
