The clips above are taken from the "Classic Albums" series documentary focusing on Nevermind.  (The whole thing is on YouTube.  I recommend checking it out.  Do the one in five parts.  The others are incomplete.)  Novoselic goes into the history behind "Polly" in the segment devoted to it.  If you don't already know where Cobain got the idea for the song, it's worth checking out.  (I suppose Wikipedia's also available for that sort of thing, but who reads?)
