Mal and I watched Jesus Camp on Netflix a few years back.  It filled our hearts with warmth and renewed our faith in humanity.

If there was a Jesus, there would be no Jesus camps.

When I first saw this thread, I was sure the meltdown from last night's X Factor would in here.

I should add that Mal and I didn't watch Jesus Camp together.  We can't stand to be in the same room.

I just downloaded some X Factor.  If Quasar is talking about the Rachel Crow elimination, then I disagree.  This is the wrong thread for it.  It should be in either "Awesome Videos" or "Funny Videos."

Maybe we could put it in all three--just to make sure it gets seen.

I can't believe I just watched that entire video.

I'm pretty sure they do it differently in first world countries.

I didn't have terribly strong feelings about it with our son, but my wife wanted it done because it would be easier to keep clean and for aesthetic reasons. He was a bit cranky afterwards, but not appreciably different than he was before it was done.

I honestly can't find a compelling reason to do it, but uncut dudes in pr0n turn me off.

Whenever you make life decisions, always consider your son's potential pr0n career.

I don't care whether or not we calamari our (potential) boy's foreskin. Jubbers is very much against it, and has a laundry list of reasons justifying why she's against it.

She has all these ideas about what we should and shouldn't do. In most cases, these ideas are in disagreement with the ideas of our mothers. I'm deferring to Jubbers in most of these situations. She's the one who gives a shit about our baby's health, after all. I'll be sure to take some of the blame if she fucks the kid up (after all, it will likely be argued that I could have prevented the kid's being fucked up if I had taken a more active role in the parenting), but I'll be happy to let her take all of the guilt.

Most people eat more when they're feeling guilty. Goits just eats more.
