The mixed reviews seem strange.  Panned Supes Returns for not having enough action.  They seem to be panning this for having too much action.

Supermannequin.

Cavill delivers one of the sleepiest heroic performances in history.

He is handcuffed for most of the film. The performance would do Hayden Christensen proud.

"Ok, Henry, in this scene you will brood and act unsure of yourself...and then you air tackle Zod."

Costner and Crowe are both great in it. They deliver solid and very charismatic performances.
