A third movie in 20th Century Fox's Big Momma's House comedy franchise is being written by Randi Mayem Singer (Mrs. Doubtfire, creator of The WB's Jack & Jill TV series.) Series producer David Friendly is once again shepherding this new picture for New Regency. It's unknown whether Martin Lawrence will come back for a third time wearing the fat lady's clothing or if the part will be recast. The last Big Momma's House movie was released by Fox in 2006.
