A movie based on Julia Wertz's compilation comic I Saw You... is now in development at DreamWorks. Attached to direct is George Tillman (Notorious) while Andrea McCloud will write the screenplay. McCloud will take four stories from Wertz's book and adapt them into a screenplay structure.

The movie will be a romantic comedy centered on the missed connection ads on Craigslist that Wertz wrote about. DreamWorks won the bid to make the movie after a heated bidding war took place. The studio is rumored to have paid mid-six figures for the rights.
