Anna Friel (last summer's Land of the Lost) is in talks to play the ex-wife of Bradley Cooper's character in Dark Fields. In their exclusive casting news, The Hollywood Reporter also has some new insight into the effects that the mind-boosting designer drug that Cooper's writer takes has on him: it causes "trip-switching" in the users, making it appear that time slows down to a crawl and everything appears like it's being displayed in stop-motion action.
