The orphaned child of an English couple is adopted by a tribe of apes deep in the heart of the African jungle. After being raised to manhood, the ape-man is discovered by western explorers and brought back to Victorian England where he is told that he is the long-lost heir to an aristocratic family. Trapped between living in two worlds and not feeling a true member of either society, Tarzan must decide where his future lies.
