Max Brooks is a pretty good author. I've been a fan of the Zombie Survival Guide since I first heard about it and I snagged World War Z as soon as it hit the shelves. According to the Scoops tab it appears that Marc Forster will be directing it, so hopefully it'll rock. There were tons of stories in WWZ though. Some were only a few paragraphs long and some were pages long, so it'll be interesting to see which stories get omitted and which don't.

I'm a sucker for zombie films though, so I'm sure I'll love this one either way.
