I thought ithe mimicking worked well. Perhaps they can't actually speak the language, so they record it and play it back.

With 20th Century Fox wanting to have Predators in theaters by next summer there isn't much time to assemble the picture's cinematic strike team. We already know that Robert Rodriguez is producing and his script outline is being used as the foundation for the story, and the rumors that Schwarzenegger is going to be doing a cameo are false. Now comes word from a reliable site as to whom is very close to signing on as director for Predators.
That site is Bloody Disgusting and their source claims that director Neil Marshall (Dog Soldiers, The Descent, Doomsday) is "close to signing" that Fox contract. Marshall is in post-production on Centurion, his early A.D. actioner starring Quantum of Solace's Olga Kurylenko.
Predators has been slotted for a July 9, 2010 opening.
Putting Neil Marshall in the director's chair could NOT be a better choice. This gives me real hope for this one to smack out of the ballpark, and send it flying beyond the stands. Dog Soldiers rocked. Plain and simple. My expectations are now even higher (and they were high enough just to see RR's name attached).

something needs o be done so that the Predators can communicate without the goofy mimicking like parrots. overall, with a good story and good script, this could be excellent without Arnold.
