Posted by Patrick Sauriol on Friday, July 10, 2009

The breakdown of what's planned on Friday, July 24 at Comic-Con International has just been released. As with our rundown of Thursday's schedule I'm focusing on just the film/TV/DVD panels happening that day and leaving out a lot of other good stuff to do with comic books, video games, costumes and fandom. For the complete list of what's happening 7/24, hit the Comic-Con website.

Friday, July 24:

10:00 - 11:00: Batman: The Brave and the Bold screening and Q&A. In attendance will be voice actors Diedrich Bader (Batman) and John DiMaggio (Aquaman) as well as executive producer Sam Register, producer James Tucker, producer Michale Jelenic and voice director Andrea Romano.

10:00 - 12:30: Warner Bros. panel. Previews of The Book of Eli, A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Box, Jonah Hex, Sherlock Holmes and Where the Wild Things Are.

12:00 - 1:00: Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Discussion about season two.

12:00 - 1:00: The Middle panel. Kind of a strange place to promote a sitcom but hey, Patricia Heaton (Everyone Loves Ray) will be there to plug her new ABC series.

12:45 - 1:45: Spartacus: Blood and Sand panel. Lucy Lawless, Peter Mensah, Robert Tapert and Steven S. DeKnight all be on hand to talk about their new syndicated series.

1:00 - 2:00: The Big Bang Theory screening and Q&A. The stars and creator of CBS's geeky sitcom interact with the real geeks.

So are you going, Patrick? I know it'd be tough with a new arrival expected any day now.

Not going. Too much going on and my head would explode if I covered SDCC. With the amount of stuff going on I'd need 5 people to cover it solidly. Best to plan for 2010.

No matter where you go, there you are.
