Trailer: Wrath of the Titans

Posted by Patrick Sauriol on Thursday, February 23, 2012

The second trailer for Wrath of the Titans came out today, which makes sense since the movie's March 30th release is only five weeks distant. And while the trailer is short (under a minute and thirty seconds), there's plenty of monsters, mythological creatures and action contained in it to keep you watching.

Set 10 years after the events of Clash of the Titans, we pick up the story of Perseus (Sam Worthington) with him as the father to a young son and a fisherman. Once again Zeus (Liam Neeson) calls upon his demi-god son for help but this time it's because the imprisoned foes of the Greek gods, the legendary titans, have been freed by Hades (Ralph Fiennes) to threaten the world.

New faces in Wrath of the Titans include Rosamund Pike, Bill Nighy, Edgar Ramirez and Toby Kebbell. Danny Huston is also coming back to play Poseidon, the god of the sea.
