Imagine if you threw a premiere for The Twilight Saga: New Moon and you never intended to show the movie at all. That takes courage and probably a little bit of crazy. It sure would be an interesting social experiment to conduct.
Thankfully, there are some crazy comedians who took on the challenge and successfully pulled it off!
Appearing on the Funny or Die site today is a video showing what went down one week ago in Los Angeles. A group of comedians were hired by the site to promote a fake New Moon screening. Naturally they got a few hundred Twihards to show up, file into the theater...and then get savagely told that they were really there at an intervention so they could get schooled as to what a real vampire looks like.
Prepare yourselves.

you know honestly, he DOES have a point about vampires mercilessly killing and raping and being generally badasses on Cinema...
if you ask me he should have went one step farther and after he was all done with his intervention, he should have shown Near Dark, Lost Boys or 30 Days of Night.
