Spec'd: Prometheus Blu-ray

Details have finally emerged about Ridley Scott's Prometheus home video release. 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment is bringing two different releases to consumers, a 2-disc Blu-ray combo pack and a 4-disc collector's edition pack.
Peleased in theaters this past June, Prometheus is set in the same futuristic universe as Alien but 30 years before Ripley and her doomed cohorts encountered the deadly extraterrestrial species. Noomi Rapace (The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo), Michael Fassbender (Inglorious Basterds), Charlize Theron (Snow White and the Huntsman), Idris Elba (Luther), Guy Pearce (Memento) and Logan Marshall-Green (Devil) star in the movie.

Fox is marketing the Prometheus release with this promotional video, relying heavily on the assumption that the movie's many unresolved mysteries will be explained when you watch the bonus features and deleted scenes.
