August 1, 2012 - X-Men: Days of Future Past / title confirmed by Bryan Singer

In a video interview with IGN, producer/director Bryan Singer confirmed that the subtitle for the X-Men: First Class sequel is X-Men: Days of Future Past. Singer also confirmed that time travel will play a part in it, and that the classic X-Men comic book storyline will be the centerpoint of the movie's story but with new directions added too.

Singer also said that he has ambitions to turn Fox's X-Men movie franchise into a franchise as interconnected as Marvel Studios' Avengers cinematic universe.
