January 15, 2009 - Iron Man 2 / Sam Rockwell confirms he's in movie

Sam Rockwell is a done deal for Iron Man 2 in the role of Justin Hammer and that comes straight from the actor's own lips. Rockwell was speaking to MTV's Splash Page and told the world he's going to get a paycheck cut by Marvel Studios.

"Yeah, he's a rival," Rockwell told the site. "He takes over all the weapons stuff after Tony's left." Tony's left? Whaaaat? What do you mean by that Sam?

"I don't know if he [Justin Hammer] takes over Stark Industries," Rockwell added. "I'm not really sure yet. He's a money dude. That's all about I can say."

Here's a fun trivia fact: Rockwell's real-life girlfriend is actress Leslie Bibb who played reporter Christine Everheart in the first Iron Man.
