Hugh Jackman is attached to star as the Avon Man for 20th Century Fox. The Wolverine leading actor would play a laid-off car salesman who turns to selling the world-famous makeup brand door-to-door to make ends meet. When he finds a niche, he expands his business to include his unemployed buddies and to chase after the regional sales record.

Jackman and his business partner John Palermo are also producing through their Seed Productions company along with Gary Foster via his Krasnoff Foster Entertainment firm. Hitch screenwriter Kevin Bisch is writing the screenplay based on his pitch. [Full story]
