On Location has 'em and along with more images of Downey wearing his shades atop the donut shop there are also ones of Samuel L. Jackson wearing his Nick Fury costume (and getting his eyepatch on.) The site also provides some context for the scene, telling us that while Iron Man is munching on his donuts Nick Fury shows up and asks him if he would like some coffee with his pastries.
