October 12, 2009 - Burst / project announced

Director Neil Marshall will make Burst 3D for Ghost House Pictures and Lionsgate. The horror movie was written by Gary Dauberman and will be produced by Ghost House principals Sam Raimi and Robert Tapert. The story follows a group of stranded travelers, isolated by a snowstorm, who are menaced by something that can set people afire. Marshall will film the picture using the 3D process.

Marshall is in post-production on Centurion, an action film set in 2nd century Great Britain. His other films include Dog Soldiers, The Descent and Doomsday.
