Pacific Rim - Viral videos are released showing giant monster footage

Finally we have some news to report on Pacific Rim, Guillermo del Toro's giant monsters meets giant robots movie. Two videos were released on YouTube today in what appears to be the first wave of a viral marketing campaign.

The first video is a fictional test of the "Emergency Kaiju System". Kaiju is the Japanese word for giant monster, so this would be the emergency broadcast alert that would play when a giant monster appeared along the coast of your city:

 

 

The second video is a snippet from a news-like broadcast showing the destruction caused by a kaiju that attacks what appears to be the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge:
