Trailers II

"COWARDICE! Cowardice." Such emotion!
At the end when she says "gentlemen" I almost expected her to finish with "Behold!"
I haven't watched the trailer. Whenever someone posts some variation on the comment "just go ahead and give her the Oscar," however, I assume that person is talking about another Meryl "ACTING!" Streep performance.
Whenever someone posts some variation on the comment "just go ahead and give...", I always think of the Jim Belushi SNL skit where he's a chess coach and goes ballistic when his player doesn't make the movie "Pawn to Rook Four".
Then when I think of that skit, I think that Adam would have hated it because Adam hates Jim Belushi.
If I can find that skit, it's going up in the SNL skit thread.
It's unfortunate that the still for that youtube clip when it's not playing makes it look like the guy sitting in the chair is gonna go for her boobs...
Yet ANOTHER Muppet parody trailer, this time using a Bollywood angle.
The trailer for the 2 new Snow White movies. They certainly are different in tone, and honestly, what idiot cast Kristen Stewart as Snow White and then tries to make us believe she's more beautiful than Charlize Theron as the evil queen?
The other one, with Julia Roberts as the evil queen, is certainly...lighter in tone. Even though this is the Tarsem Singh Snow White, the other one looks more visually interesting.
I saw an ad on the site for a trailer for Snow White and the Huntsmen, but I'm too Ipsy to post it myself.
I DON'T WANT TO POST IN BOLD!!!
I've always thought that Julia Roberts was evil, so... perfect casting!
I WANT TO POST IN BOLD!!!!!! YAAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!!1!!1!1!
Also, I think I'm the only one around the web today that actually likes the Mirror, Mirror trailer. However, Snow White & the Huntsman looks still looks infinitely better despite trying to hide the fact that Kristen Stewart is in the movie....or maybe because of it.
Brave still looks great. Glad it's not a sequel and glad it doesn't have any cars in it.
Brave wants us not to hate redheads, but we've already made up our fucking munds.
It strikes me as a little too obnoxiously GIRL POWER!-y for my tastes. Looks pretty, though.
I felt like it was trying to ram something down my throat, and not in a nice way.
When I heard it was called 'Brave' I thought it was going to be about American Indians. Instead They give us the Jocks.
I can't say that I am interested in this, except for the cameo appearance at the 1:00 mark.
Widgett advised against watching that trailer. the nun notwithstanding...I want to gouge out my eyes.
The long on-the-shelf (like a year or more) 'The Cabin in the Woods' from Joss Whedon and buffy alumnust Drew Goddard finally has a trailer. I've known almost nothing about the movie, except that I expected it to be a sort of serious horror movie mixed with a comedic element sending up horror conventions. Watching the trailer it looks more like 'Cube', but I think it actually looks pretty cool (not that I didn't enjoy 'Cube'; I thought it was pretty good for something that seemed so indy it was almost like a student film but with good production value). That only line that really seemed like it was intended to make fun of the genre was the "We should split up," and then Topher (or, the actor who played Topher in 'Dollhouse') responds with, "Really?"

First up, The Innkeepers from director Ti West. Loved House of the Devil, this one looks just as creepy!
