Kah had a great thread started at cinescape or mania called "Dinner, Please" and it IS high time to have a food thread again!

Today I tried to make a grilled cheese sandwich in a toaster. I think it would've worked, but it got stuck.

The sad thing is, I actually CAN cook, I'm just usually way too lazy and then occasionally make poor choices while under the influence.

I must concur, of all fast food joints, Wendy's stuff is pretty damn awesome, even their budget menu. Must have been a bad moment at yours, Dirty H.

I recently invested in a slow cooker. It's awesome. Just throw all the ingredients in before bed in the evening, remember to turn it on as I am on my way out the door for work in the morning, come home to a delicious meal all done. And the meat is really tender, the flavours are awesome. Chilli is pretty damned good from it as well.

I LOVE cooking! I cook all the time, Boyfriend seems to like it, he scarfs everything down I make.

Favorites to eat:
Japanese ESPECIALLY sushi
all shellfish - I would marry a Deadliest Catch dude just for the crab.
pasta, pasta, pasta
good ol' hamburger and fries

We bought a smoker a few months ago and LOVE IT! While it is time consuming and you smell like what you've been cooking for 10 hours, when you take that first bite it's all worth it. Best BBQ EVER!

Maybe where you live, but the one here sucks. Their chili smells almost as awfull as the farts it will give you.
The only good fast food joint is a Quiznos

Real ethnic food, not served in a bun or other bread based wrapping..... or a cardboard box.

I love my slow cooker. I made pulled pork in it the other day that made my knees weak.

I made vegan cookies today. They don't turn brown when they bake. I don't know why, but I find it highly disturbing.

Were they "special" cookies?....
