A promotional poster showing the first glimpse of Naomi Watts as Blonde's Marilyn Monroe is on display at the Cannes Film Festival right now. AlloCine, a French movie news website, took a photo of the artwork. However, one reader of The Playlist believes the photo is of Watts done up for her role as the spokesmodel for Thierry Mugler's Angel perfume line. We haven't found any similar photos showing Watts wearing a similar white dress or against the white backdrop from the Angel images available on the web, so as far as we can determine, this is a photo (likely a photo test) of the actress for her Blonde role.
