Robert Knepper joins Heroes

After enjoying his last break from prison playing T-Bag on Fox's Prison Break, Robert Knepper has a new job in NBC's Heroes. In the upcoming fourth season titled "Volume Five: Redemption" Knepper will play -- what else -- a new villain who will intertwine himself with all of the show's main characters.

Knepper is signed to appear in at least six episodes of Heroes playing Samuel. His character is described as being a charismatic man with a disturbed sense of humor but decidedly evil in his intentions. Whether Knepper's character has a superability hasn't been revealed yet (unless maybe his charisma is his superpower...hmm...)

Also joining the cast is Madeline Zima who will play Gretchen, the college roommate of Claire. The producers also want to add another new female to the mix named Emma and have her be the love interest for Peter Petrelli (played by Milo Ventimiglia).

Heroes is moving to Mondays at 8 PM when it comes back in the fall.
