The trailer makes it look less goofy than it looked in the EW preview.

It still looks kind of goofy.  I'm just hoping that the trailer just didn't set the right tone.  I'm not opposed to fun in superhero movies, but "lets get these pants off and go flying"?!  "I know, right?!"  Whaaaa?

I'm with you, Jake, it looks kind of goofy.  The suit looks cool, but the scene in the trailer where he is in his living room with his buddy, it looks too CGI.  I'm hoping it is just the trailer and the suit doesn't look like that throughout the movie.

I'm sorry, but about that first bit with Blake Lively telling him how important the test is. Clearly by her bad acting it's REALLY IMPORTANT. I love Green Lantern, and I'll see the movie, but this trailer doesn't fill me with great hope.

wow I said "this trailer contains more cheese than a typical nacho bucket" in the DC fan group at facebook... THEN FRIGGIN BANNED ME!!!!!!!!! LOLOLOLO

they friggin banned me?? whoah... ok so they hate me now, big F**ing deal... i am not a 100% Hal Jordan fan or a huge Green Lantern fan either... the CGI its hard NOT to notice... I mean its green... GREEN.... and more GREEN... the alien is bright purple... Synestro has a bigger forehead than MegaMind, women are talking about taking off Ryan's pants.... and I get multiple comments like "well you're favorite movie is Space Chimps and Howard the Duck" Ah... great comeback RONALD... you rule.
