What, no Showgirls?
Spent all day in bed Sunday. Watched Red, Taken, Blood the Last Vampire, Boondock Saints, and Skinwalkers.
Sounds like an awesome sunday.
There was other stuff, including wasabi soy almonds, coffee in bed, and a lot of sex. Doesn't get much better than that.
Pfft. I bet kah only spent an hour or two having sex. Ten hours' worth of movies just doesn't leave all that much time for it.
It's not like the old days, when you had to rewind for half an hour to find your spot once you got distracted. These fancy new dvd players are the bee's knees.
Oh, and Skinwalkers was today, and I also watched Pirate Radio at the bar last week.

Just in case Jakester missed that part.
I am weeping.
Which Blood the Last Vampire did you watch, the anime or the live-action? I seem to remember trying to watch the live-action, but falling asleep somewhere near the end.
Live action. It really wasn't too bad. Certain parts were silly or awful, but the overall feel of it was very much like anime and I liked it. It could've used an extra half hour to flesh out the story a bit, and the ending was a bit abrupt (but I haven't seen the anime so I don't know if they went that direction because they were working from the source material.)
Just caught "The Blues Brothers" on VH1 Classic. Edited but still awesome, but mainly I had to note that during the same broadcast there were ads for a Christian dating site ("maybe we're God's way of helping you find your soul mate) and for a battery operated dildo ("shipped in discreet packaging"). Whoever sold those ads must have had an interesting workday.
I watched a ton of movies over the weekend, most just rewatching stuff at home.
However, I did go out to see Rango, and it was awesome. ILM needs to work on more animated films in the future.

Maybe God was trying to tell you that your soul mate is a battery operated dildo? He does move in mysterious ways.

But usually not battery-powered ones, I think.
This is an incomplete sentence. Consider revising it.
Goiter appears to be moonlighting as the sodding paperclip off of MS Word. "Looks like you are writing a letter....."
The difference is you can turn off that little paperclip so it doesn't continue to appear. I'm afraid there is no such feature with Goiter.
Natalie Portman turns me off. (I've ended the sentence with a preposition. Are you all cool with that, or should I consider revision?)
Hot women and good movies turn Goiter off. Also, hot men.
Re-activated Netflix and first flick was Easy A. I liked it a lot.
Easy A was great fun. Also, Emma Stone is hot. And awesome.
I watched some of the special features from Scott Pilgrim vs. The World whilst I've been sick, and listened to the writers' commentary. It was fun.
Did any of it, at any stage, explain just what the fucking point of the whole movie was?

Watch Robocop and then watch Fox News to see just how much those goofy news broadcasts have in common with "actual" news.
